yeah, nice shelves LT.
I just did a couple travertine niche shelves and kept them out
and inch and made the ears wrap out onto the tile.
I've seen a bunch do it this way, I think the look is sweet.

Nice color and material combination. How did you battle floor to wall kerdi buildup with those thin white tiles? Was the floor material thicker than the wall tile?

Face taped mosaics from New Ravenna, nice stuff. Downside of face taping, no cleaning when you set. Upside- they stay together when you put them on the wetsaw.
There were a couple sunken ones I didn't like. and a few of the small dots that were high, so I fixed a few...

I did that same pattern on a small 1/2 bath ceiling in my own house  ..They do suck to work with. Your floor looks nice Gueuze.
