Customer finally sent me photos of the Temple Terrace, Florida master bathroom tile
project I did last August. Tile was a Stone Peak 12x24 "Simply Grey" on the shower
walls & main floor. Then a mixed flat pebble on the shower floor and back of niche.

I did a kitchen and mudroom last year with the 12 x 12 version of that tile. It was a nightmare product to cut anything other than a straight line. It was fired so hard that L or U cuts were virtually impossible. Even pre drilling the intersections didn't prevent cracking. Had to cut all floor registers in place. Thank god for Hot Shot Glue! Hope your experience was better.

Dave, Had a couple cuts around the window and one in the center of that control valve shower wand valve but besides that the tile cut pretty easily with the wet saw.

I always like looking at everyone’s work on here, it’s the nude pics of the tile world. Definitely gives me a desire to strive to do better work.
Tri-Lite is some good stuff, fairly priced and sticks like a mother. Used grey because we’re using #35 Mocha as the grout.

Here's an 8x8 encaustic replica porcelain tile kitchen floor renovation I did in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Customer had laminate water damage from the window or dishwasher. I removed the laminate, replaced
some in the nook area and installed the new tile. Havent set 8x8 tile for a looooooong time.
It was pretty fun not doing a bowed 12x24 or 18x36 rectified

Since I posted a pic on the SpectraLock 1 thread I might as well post more here on that same job. Had an 800 sq ft basement with bar going in to do with the shutdown. Since they had the tile already and I was isolated I decided to work vs staying home. I wasn't originally going to take this job on since I work solo but it worked out nicely since they didn't need it "yesterday."

Here also is the shower I finished as things as the virus was heating up and everything was shutting down. Touch screen wifi, I have done a few of these now.

Lastly my actual work in progress medallion to go in this week with 12X24 Tuscany Cream marble.

Gang showers,8 total,handicap etc,11 drains.
Suppose to be retired from setting tile,but when Corona hit,it shut down several areas of the place I currently work at now. Was somewhat volunteered to remodel existing showers etc. Work supplied guys(only two of em had/have mason skills etc)

Was/is interesting,trying to do certain things,but yet your hands are somewhat tied lol.

Good to see you back posting pictures Rich I would love to be a sub on a job like that, would be a different story if I was responsible for everything....

Here's a finish pic of a shower/bathroom I worked on. Did the rough-in on the plumbing for the vanity and shower, actually lined the grout joints up for the floor with the wall tile but tough to see that detail in the picture. A lot of careful planning for that.

Finished a Lunada Bay 3x9 "Sonaré" glass tile backsplash in South Tampa, Florida.
Colors are Champagne, Shooting Star, Aura & Celestial in the “Pearl” finish randomly mixed in a subway 50/50 pattern.
