Appears someone deleted em?
Anyways,to answer your question, and looks strange now as I'm answering invisible pics lol...... Its a black granite band going around the kit island. Was existing.
Yes I agree, contrast is nice! Sizing of tile was a pita,as pieces to each other were a strong 1/16th different. Made it fun too as,customer wanted tight,1/8th inch or smaller joints.
Here's the URL to the album

Rich looks like you need to upgrade, seems to be working fine
Back to our regularly scheduled program, we can start a thread over in the Computer Training Forum
Grouted shower floor yesterday, so we can cover it today and grout the lid down. Don't normally do this but didn't want to jar the minnies out of the basketweave with the ladder on top. John working on the drywall for the customer built 2X6" angle wall.

Nice LT. whats the last pic
finished up a full gut 1920 city kitchen remodel. just tile backslash over granite tops, but used a lot of lighting. led strip under and inside a lot of finished interior glass shelf/door cabinets, so that was cool.

Nice work, LT. Kind of fun to mix it up sometime?
Magnificent, Jon! Quite a sense of accomplishment after pulling something like that off! Feels like you own it! Is that the one the customer picked the FlexColor for? Or am I mixed up?

Thanks Nelson, yes this one absorbed me and my worker! The break down to Deerfield Beach was perfect timing. Yes she initially picked a Mapei color of grout. I use two distributors one has Laticrete other has Mapei.
So I was excited to learn of the Flexcolor CQ while down there. I was to get two gallons in that color as samples to try the product but they never came. Then I found out they weren't a stock color so I couldn't have gotten them anyway when I needed it. So she picked out a Latcirete color, Hemp and I went with that. So needless to say I am not as excited about it anymore. I thought the timing was perfect but not getting the product after being down there was a major disappointment, nothing new to us smalltime tilesetters.
