Hi Joe, the floor is 3x3 and yes the walls are 6x6. The homeowner wanted tight grout lines. This is just one of three that I'm doing at this house.

Doh! I should have known if the wall tiles were 6x6 that the floor was 3x3 (can see two tiles on the floor match the width of one wall tile.

Must be the cabin fever getting to me! I can't wait for some nice warm weather!

Those are some fine snowmen, Joe. Dang by the back yard looks like you're stuck up in the woods somewhere. No wonder you're getting cabing fever .

Managed to snap this one of the snowdrops this afternoon. I kept missing the sun since it was mostly overcast. But here's what I got. I'm not sure why it looks a little grainy and not very well focused. I tried using the "white metering" feature to gauge the snow which is all I can think of. I really wanted a different angle, but there's bridge construction stuff everywhere in my front yard. Yuk.

Shoot. Ya'll sure know how to put some tile down! I hope my shower turns out near that kind of quality. If I ever get the plans solidified. Made some progress on that after a visit to HD's design expo today. There's so much to take into consideration and a lot to know. You guys sure make it look easy!

Hi Marni,

Well, it feels like we're way out in the woods! Reality - main road is 1/4 mile away then it's a 15 minute jaunt into Concord, the capitol of New Hampshire. Not that there's a lot there either!

If you look behind the snowmen you can see our pool, darn near buried in all the snow, looks like it'll be a while before it thaws out!

Woe, I see it now! Shovel it off and use it for an ice rink cause the groundhog definitely saw his shadow in your neck of the woods!

What is this "snow" I keep hearing about? It appears to be something like water from the ocean that is nearby here, but in some sort of "solid" state falling from the sky?????????????

I'd be happy to ship you some Mark! We seem to have an ample supply of the white stuff this year.

Having spent 4 years of my childhood living in Guam, I often wish I was still there! Ahh well, NH isn't so bad...at least during the warmer months.

This is more like it...

Angle still isn't what I really want and I still had to blur the background thus blurred the stalks a bit too. But I like this one better with the morning sun

Mark,

We actually had snow here on Christmas Eve. Drifts up to 3/4 in.

Most folks kept their kids and pets in the house, of course. Thought the stuff was some sort of radioactive fallout.

Don't mind me. Just checking to see what my new avatar looks like in a post, with my name and all. O.K. - needs more tweaking. Carry on.
