I'm got a project right now where every bit of the tile order has been a struggle. The order doesn't match the sample, certain sizes are supposedly available and then suddenly have been 8 weeks out, etc.
Today I finally picked up the last of it- the wall tile and bullnose trim... only to find that every piece of bullnose trim is a right out corner. I don't need any out corners on this one.

I don't mean to whine (too badly ). This has been the only issue involving the Crossville stuff and my suspicion is that it's United's mistake. The shading issues was a different tile and different brand.
I was thinking that maybe I could make some sort of rectangular spiral-y thing with all the right corners.

Reminds me when the company I worked for in California retiled Northrup Grummans bathrooms Mark. Had the U2 spy plane in it and we had to have an escort everywhere on the job. Driving on the base had to de-F.O.D. ("Foreign Object Debris" for the tile guys out there) our tires. Picking every little rock out of the tread so the engines from the planes wouldn't suck it up.

Yep, gotta going through the FOD checkpoints when entering the ramp areas. This airplane is the E-3 Sentry, Airborne Warning and Control System. Been working airplanes or working around them for almost 20 years now.

Never knew there was a fightclub in Sarasota.....It's next to a restaurant that's contained in two train cars. Gonna check it out tonight possibly.

Wifey and I ate at "bob's train" here in Sarasota last night/thusday day,and was very interesting to say the least! Food was good, not bad and not great.
Owner/operator of the joint/diner/tran cars was a former and I guess still considered,a ringmaster for Ringling and other circuses. Tons of pics of circus peeps and stuff in all the rail cars, and various oddities that you would never see anywhere else.
What I enjoyed most, was the conversation He,I,and the wifey shared, while eating. Very sharp tack Bob is,esp for his age(75). Took me about 5-10 minutes,to finally figure out his thinking/logic,and once I picked up on things, made sense why he would for example,go from point to point in 6 degrees etc. Smartest fisherman I've met to date, and who knows if he actually uses physical rods and reels lol.
Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, one of a kind conversation, mental stimuli etc.
