I've got a very good friend who might need someone to install some flooring for her. Anyone know of an installer in that area whom I might be able to steer her toward without fear?

Probably not Mark. I've never been to Asheville and I don't have any idea of what Garfields is? This is a friend of mine from high school/ home town, who now finds herself in Asheville and with a DIY tile job her ex-husband left behind for her to clean up.
