Marble slab install

I am getting ready to install 24”x36”x3/4 marble on concrete.. We are most likely going to do a fresh, wet set. My issue is the slab has a few cracks in it. Im thinking to hydroban the concrete and set on top of that. I realize that a typical detail would be mud to bond to concrete but if I do that there’s no barrier between the cracks. How does everyone feel about CRack ISO membrane and wet set on that?

Many thanks!

Hi Paul,

What do you mean by "wet set?" What type of cracks? Pictures help.
