Fallen tiles advice please
I was directed here by a friend to ask some questions of you kind folks.
I have some tile in my bathroom. I don't know when it was put it but it's that white with tan flecks/grain. Eitherway behind it you can see a couple colors of paint which tells me that the tile was not originally there when they built the house. However, the tiles are now falling off and the paint and whatever adhesive they used is bubbling and craking off the sheet rock and the sheet rock is starting to break down.
What's the best way to tackle this on a beer budget? We can't afford to replace the wall or the tiles or have a pro come in and do it for us. Any advice to keep the wall from braking down further and the tiles from dropping off the wall. Hubby scraped some of it off on a smaller spot and just sealed it up with cauk but this is too big missing about 15 tiles.
