time involved

3 walls over a tub and ceiling total tile about 70 squqre feet of 3x12 ceramic. fella estimates 3 days to tile Does this include grouting and the area start up and the clean up of area and tool removal? walls and ceiling are prepared. lots of different time estimates. He is by himself how long should it take he says he is experienced Thanks

LONG!?? Dang John you were a quick one. 3 days sounds right to me with it being ready and nothing too technical.

I made some assumptions, Justin ....

That the walls are decked out with backerboard, maybe. That means ready for tile to me. Let's hear back from the OP as to what's going on there.

And I think back to the days when my helper and I would mud, tile and grout 2 tubs in a day and still had time to hit the bar. (One coat mud)
