Currently tasked to replace entry door. Had to remove a few tiles to make the new threshold fit. Tile is about a year old. Looks like a b+ maybe a- install visually. But....
These tiles came up very easily. Assuming tiles were wet during install. Other coverage issues also.
If anyone catches this in the next hour and has an answer. This subfloor that will be under the threshold has a hump in it. It. Thinking about building a dam or form at at the edge and pouring liquid background under that area to level it out. Thinking that will provide a better and level substrate to set the door on. Make sense?
What's your fix? Shims?
