Sealing travertine and grout

I have installed 16X16 chiseled edge travertine in my shower with 2x2 tumbled travertine on the shower floor. I used Aqua Mix Enhancing Sealer on the tiles before grouting. Now that I have grouted, I suppose I need to seal again, but I do not want to enhance my grout. Aqua Mix says not to mix products. If I want to seal the grout, then use grout sealer only on the grout. This will be fairly easy on the larger tiles, but how do I seal the grout on the 2x2 shower floor tiles without getting it all over. Is it really going to cause a problem if I mix the sealers like that? What is common practice? Thanks alot!

Use a grout applicator bottle, they come with a small brush or wheel at the tip.
