I know there's a Mapei Rep lurking here. Can I use the Mapei Ultrabond ECO995
to put these panels up. It calls for polyurethane adhesives, from the site below. I know the also spec Planicrete but don't see the point. This is on drywall and in a kitchen.

To glue the panels is necessary the use of skilled workers, such as tile, marble
and mosaic professional installers. We suggest the use of single component
polyurethane adhesive products that are both moisture and thermal stress
resistant.
As a guideline, the use of a quality products suitable for this purpose and easily
available in all countries are: Liquid Nails - Bostik - Trade Fix - Simson - Den
Braven or KERALASTIC T flexible setting compound manufactured by MAPEI
(in the USA market the product name is PLANICRETE W) or any equivalent

So you're trying to bond an aluminum sheet to gypsum drywall.

Reading that product recommendation from the manufacturer is a bit tricky and not well suited to USA readers. It's possible to determine what some of the products are, but would a fella actually find them available in this country?

Maybe the MAPEI rep can help. I'll see can I rustle up one or more.

Ultrabond ECO 995 is a very different product from Planicrete W (the US equivalent of Keralastic T), and we wouldn’t suggest using it in this type of application. Ultrabond ECO 995 needs moisture to cure, so if you seal it off behind a big panel it will likely stay wet indefinitely.
It would be best to stick with the panel manufacturer’s recommendations because from the looks of it, our European counterparts may have done some testing with that Keralastic T (Planicrete W).

Thanks cx and Holden. I agree they are somewhat ambiguous, even the cutting is lacking. I'm going to send this to them and seek approval. It's a one part polyurethane, moisture and thermal resistant. It's made by Titebond, not on their list but they do say equivalent and judging by the pdf they gave it to a intern to write up.

I got clearance from Alex Turco to use Bosti Set from Bostik. After my conversation the installation guidelines aren't as stringent as I thought. The material is popular in large yachts because of weight so they spec in anticipation of metal to metal, at least as I understood it
