White stains on dark porcelain tile.......

Just got some dark porcelain grey/black tiles installed and am noticing some light white blotches that almost look like spilt milk on many tiles . I have tried vinegar and water but doesn't seem to do much. Any ideas as to what is happening or what this is?

Hi Bia, Welcome!

Could you please share a first name with us?

A photo would also help of the problematic area.

Since no pics, i'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest maybe some sealer was dripped on the tiles? In this case rubbing the spots with more of said sealer, waiting a few minutes, then wiping the whole face of the tile off with a dry rag may remove them,or look on the bottle and use their specified stripping agent.
