Any value in adding admix to Ultraflex 2?

Doing a small foyer with Ditra. Have Mapei UltraFlex 2 and some leftover acrylic admix. I've only ever used water with this thinset, as per instructions, but would it be a useful belt-and-braces to use the admix - or a really bad idea? Thanks!

That morter is VERY modified and quite sticky. Just use water...it's all you need.....

According to the manufacturer, it would be useful if your application happened to be subjected to severe freeze/thaw cycles.

So, like Laz says, just mix with water for your application.

Hey Sharlene,

Stick to mixing water only in with Ultraflex 2. All the good stuff is already in the bag!
