don't know how you can take it.
Today it was nice enough that I painted some bath cabinets outside.

100 year record high temps in my area today. Mid 50s.
Saturdays forecast... Winter storm warnings 6-8" of snow with blizzard conditions!

Nothing so far but morning will tell.

70-80,

Day after day, week after week, month after month.

Then it's supposed to warm up!

Haven't gotten much snow, not in the last 25 years!! That was the last time they saw snow in South Fla.

But if we have any note worthy weather I'll make sure to keep you posted.

Chip? That has simply got to be the MOST BORING place to live on this earth.

How can you take that bland weather day after day?

You haven't been there long enough to see a really big "blow". You just wait. You'll be back shopping for snow blowers and rock salt.

Well it's about 10:30 pm Saturday evening and we are in the midsts of a blizzard. I love it.

High winds, snow drifts, cars and trucks off in the road ditches, dead livestock and wild life, broken trees and overturned outbuildings.......

This is paradise I tell you, a winter wonderland.

First day in South Carolina was rainy and chilly, but yesterday was gorgeous -- sixties, sunny. And today was even nicer. Left the hotel this morning without my jacket on. Seventy degrees in Houston upon my arrival this evening -- no snow drifts in sight.

Fourteen hours since my last weather post....

clear sunny skies, temperature reaching for forty degrees. Birds are singing, hawks are swooping the fields, bunny tracks abound.

It's the Garden of Eden. Paradise I'm tellin' ya, paradise.
