was there a door opening framed? The center of the jamb is approximately 1/2" in on the stud, on the side that the door will swing in on...learned that the hard way myself years ago...down with doorway cuts LOL, (if at all possible)

Nick,
you only have 6 years under your belt wow! I got 8 on me and I'm still working my apprenticeship at times for the most part I'm an installer now.

you don't know about marbleized grout, mix delorean gray and light chocolate together give it a quick mix with your margin and your good to go

I liked this new crack isolation method. Why didn't I think of this? Just think how much money I'd save.

This bathroom was already laid when I started a wood floor. I explained to the customer that this was not an acceptable installation. I gave them a quote to tile the rest of the project (kitchen, breakfast, laundry room), but they decided to stick with the original installer.
I especially enjoyed watching the installers walk over the freshly laid tile as they walked in and out of the room.
