H.O. didn't include the pool and pool house in the original permit. He went to pull another one and the city told him the state would need to be involved since he had so much earth disturbed. Get your CO on the house and then pull one. He did that and they than said we'll get back to you, that was 2 months ago.

About money I'm sure.

Here's a tile backsplash I just finished in Bexley "DelWebb" Land O Lakes today.
Tile is a 2x10 Capella "White Brick' tile with a 1x12 dark blue pencil frame and a SoHo "Oasis Frosted Glass" pebble inside.

Backsplash tile installs are going crazy in my area of Tampa.
I might just start doing backsplash installations and nothing else!

Been forever since I was on here last, too busy I guess.
But I'm finally building a new bathroom in my own house. Begun before Thanksgiving, looks like I'll have it done by New Years. Tiny bathroom, barely 6 feet wide and deep.

here's a backsplash I completed last year in Starkey Ranch, Odessa, Florida using
a Bedrosian's Makoto 2.5"x10" matte ceramic tile in Shoji White.

I love the stacked look after doing tons of subway patterns over the years.

Home tile flooring renovation project I completed end of last year in "Hunters Creek" New Tampa, Florida.
The old glued down wood plank was removed and tile installed.
Tile is a Supergres Ever-Dore rectified 24x24 installed throughout the main living area of the home.

Couple of pics from side projects I'm on. Pretty proud of the bottom pics (one with the bench) Showed up at 8 and was mudded out by 2:30 with a helper. Adding the seat at the end and using up all my trash mud that I scrapped off the floor was particularly satisfying.

Shout out to the plumber for that lovey drain placement on the last set of pics.

Finished another backsplash in the Spring Hill/Land O Lakes, Florida area.
Tile is an Alaska White 1x3 polished marble herringbone from Tilebar.
The tile was really nice to work with on this customers kitchen remodel.

Quartzite shower with backlighting behind the tub. This job dragged on because of window issues. Glad to move on from this one.

Another backsplash installation I finished up last week in "Starkey Ranch" Odessa, Florida.
Herringbone is a craze here in the Tampa area and this 3x12 Albatross White tile came out mint .
The tile was square and flat but the surface was very wavy with edges that whipped up a tad like a handmade tile.
The backsplash definitely make the kitchen look good!

Awesome job. I still can't stand herringbone pattern on backsplash. It just looks wrong to me. Have done a bunch but never can get used to it. Now on a huge wood floor in a dining room or grand entrance it works.

Here's some pictures of a backsplash I finished in “Hunters Green” New Tampa, Florida.
Tile is a Villa “Artisan Oyster” 3×12 ceramic tile installed in a brick joint pattern.

Impressive update from what it looked like when built in 1992
