H.O. didn't include the pool and pool house in the original permit. He went to pull another one and the city told him the state would need to be involved since he had so much earth disturbed. Get your CO on the house and then pull one. He did that and they than said we'll get back to you, that was 2 months ago.
About money I'm sure.

Couple of pics from side projects I'm on. Pretty proud of the bottom pics (one with the bench) Showed up at 8 and was mudded out by 2:30 with a helper. Adding the seat at the end and using up all my trash mud that I scrapped off the floor was particularly satisfying.
Shout out to the plumber for that lovey drain placement on the last set of pics.

Quartzite shower with backlighting behind the tub. This job dragged on because of window issues. Glad to move on from this one.

Another backsplash installation I finished up last week in "Starkey Ranch" Odessa, Florida.
Herringbone is a craze here in the Tampa area and this 3x12 Albatross White tile came out mint .
The tile was square and flat but the surface was very wavy with edges that whipped up a tad like a handmade tile.
The backsplash definitely make the kitchen look good!

Awesome job. I still can't stand herringbone pattern on backsplash. It just looks wrong to me. Have done a bunch but never can get used to it. Now on a huge wood floor in a dining room or grand entrance it works.
