Ummmm.....wow.

The Schulster Kerdi system.
I could only watch half of his video. Premadonna was my first impression. Then after I heard mistake after mistake, misconception and out right outlandish interpretations on tile work I had to turn it off. Obviously one of those guys who is self taught and damn proud of it. What state is he from anyways? There is a reason they call mud cap "Mud Cap!" And it isn't because its made for a second layer of sheet rock!!!!!!! Grout after 50 years is damn near harder than the tile as well as what difference does it makes if thinset gets wet? Water disolves thinset??? Thats it, I'm throwing in the sponge. I know nothing.

He turned off the comments cause he knew he was getting owned.

I agree Hammy.

Did anyone watch his video where he redid the bad shower job? The redo was only marginally better. If we put a link of that vid in the worst jobs thread we'll get a two-fer.

I didn't watch any of his other videos Greg, I actually could only make it through half of his "Schuster" video.

This guy is a gas. Just look at his introduction - word for word.

"A lot of what I’ve learned in my business, and I’ve been in business for 12 years, umm has to do with common sense, logic, and, you know, just like this makes sense. Umm, a lot of times it teaches me rather than me knowing exactly what I’m doing from the start. Umm I didn’t really investigate a lot of what I do . . ."

It's one of the most inspirational pieces on intentional stupidity, and a sincere desire to stand in front of Judge Judy. I hope Sluster Systems sends him a nice cease and dissist letter. Funny thing is that he'd lose less business by removing his YouTube videos.
