Who uses it? I have a copy of Chief Architect 10.0, but good grief....it's way more detail than I need to lay out for a tile project. If I was doing a complete bath remod. or something it would be great, but we don't do that. Yet. The Tile choices are also very limiting because I'm not spending 10 hours on importing an image so that I can render it and then cretae 3-D images with it. It's also very cumbersome when having to make elevation modifications (of which there are usually many).

So my simpe question is, what do you use if you use anything? Iris makes an Easy Cad, which is free, but it's completely online and doesn't do 3-d views (I think. Maybe it does. I didn't tool around with it as much as I did with Chief) I want something that I can put on a laptop and take to my customer.

I known Iris give to its resellers and architects a standalone version of Easy Cad.
The 3D CAD version realizes beautiful 3d rendering views.

Howdy Brad,
I have Precision Tile by Laurel Creek Software. It's cheap and very basic but counts tile for ya and you can play around with grout thickness and tile sizes colors etc.. $15.00 No 3-D
