New thassos marble floor

We just had a new thassos white marble floor installed and it needs to be polished and sealed. I saw somewhere that materials to do this job are different because the marble is white. We never had marble floors and would appreciate a little education on what to ask the professional marble restorers that we meet and what compounds/techniques they should be using. Any suggestions/recommendations are appreciated. Thanks!

Anyone who mentions using crystallizer cross them off the list. It’s bad for the stone and will wear fairly quickly. Oxalic Acid is what is traditionally used. Other than that just ask for references, not a trade where you can fake it till you make it.
