Mick, that is quite the project. Glass on the ceiling too. Are you workin at the homes a one a the mafiosa bosses? Everything is tax free...lol
Brian nice shower project, I like the way you used the floor tile in the back a the niche, nice shelves n curbtop '
Rich, nice glass BS, nice continuity on the angles, what is the profile on the edges? I hope they are replacing that phone jack cover, I hate them old looking plates......
I see the shower head on the wall now. Just looks so small compared to all that glass. Looks like there oughta be more fixtures or something on the wall...lol

Jondon....the profiling/edge is a glass trim,that the customer picked. Skinny,yellowish in nature. If I recall,they were 1/2"x1/2"x10"s.
As far as the phone jack, the phone on the counter in the pic, hangs on the wall,so you never see the jack I took the pics before final detailing/polishing,so wasn't 100% finished. That's why phone was on counter.

Mick, looks like your lawyer is very successful, he is smart to get his client to do the work, he can come on here and defend you if need be...lol
Rich, yes the phone goes up on the wall, roger that!
Finished my first Kerdi Board C/Top project. This is downstairs in the gym, movie/game room area. Didn't do the tile on the floor that was done years ago.
Before and affer pics. Rondec CT finish is Brushed Nickel.

thanks Brian & Chuck! Similar colors, walls are blue and floor tile is earthy. She picked out one with both those colors for the c/top.

Brian the shelves look really nice. I make them that way myself sometimes. Jon, I'm sorry and I know its only my opinion but I absolutely cannot stand those schluter trims. Seriously, IMO its a commercial look and it just doesn't do it for me.

Jack no problem, being a forum we have to realize we all have different tastes. I agree with you as for the commercial look. Only in the right environment would I ever want to use the Schluter Profiles and with this being the downstairs, entertainment area it was perfect. She loves it. She didn't want granite there or anything along those lines. Putting granite in an area like this in the house would be overkill.
Speaking of commercial I would like to target commercial establishments for this kind of countertop. Kitchens, gym bar areas, these are areas where granite is not the choice and porcelain tile is ideal for the durability and low maintenance. There is a big market for this type a countertop but you got to find it.

I agree with Jack for some installs. I think with Hi end modern look tiles those profiles looks good, and with some no full body porcelain tiles.
