Keep ignoring the elephant in the room - The Federal Reserve. The purchasing power of your money is being killed. There is nothing going on more important than this fact. What appears to be rising prices is really your money dying.

The US exports gasoline now. That means that you are competing with buyers outside the country. Folks who are actually producing things are going to outbid you in the long run.

The gas stations in Maui must have missed the memo about prices going down. Still at $4.85 for 87.

The other islands (Oahu, Kaui, Big Island)have dropped prices but we have only gone down 3 cents from our peak we hit a few months back.

I went to look at a project on a local military base yesterday and thought I'd gone to Heaven when I filled up my tank at $3.64 per gallon. :yahoo: I haven't seen prices that low around here for a long while.

It's great having gas prices lower, but with this weather in Fl. I can't go anywhere.

Oh well can always

Marge, It helps out with the outboard motors and jetski's that we need now, though.
