Questech Tile in Shower

Have decided on a Kerdi shower....now for tile, I love Travertine and tumbled marble, still nervous about using real stone in shower. Has anyone recently used Questech Stonegate in a shower, its about $9 sq. ft. at Fast Floors. The product is real confusing, is it sealed real stone or man made stone? Any good or negative reports? Thanks

Did you mean "Sandgate" instead of "Stonegate."

See their website http://www.questech.com/

I think they have man made decorative pieces, but they say the tiles are natural stone.

OOOPS.. yes Sandgate. Q-Seal is a factory applied sealer to "their" tumbled marble. Still confused.

I have used them in some showers but mostly on backsplashes.
they are cast metal tile accents and the marble field they sell is just regular tumbled marble sealed by them.

your probably better off buying regular tumbled tile and sealing them yourself once installed.

the cast accents are great and beautiful once installed.
