Best Shower Head

Some time last fall there was a discussion on the best shower valves, The one I wanted could have the flow restrictor removed and and a adjustable control valve could be use to adjust the about of flow. I don't use a lot of water but...
sometimes I need high flow to blow the paint away.

Your post title said shower head. I like the Saver-Shower available at Tru-Value Hardware stores. Saves water and gets me wet. Couldn't tell you about shower valves though. Good luck!
