Hey!

If you'll ever see 70 again...... I'll believe in the second coming.

Laura Nyro. An amazing artist.

As a former DJ, I played her music extensively in New Orleans. I was a student at Loyola University and saw her perform in this venue. Unreal and she died all too young from cervical cancer. " New York Tendeberry" was her seminal work. This, from that album.

I saw him when I was in college. I guess that was around 94-95 or thereabouts. Great show.

I can still listen to "Songs You Know By Heart" over and over without getting sick of it.

Yeah Dave. He's gone too "mainstream," and that sucks. Stick to music....and some of his novels.

Amazing Guitar Artist!

Sadly, He passed in the early 2000's, but was a fantastic guitarist. Played with the "Cryin' Shames" before going out on his own. Watch his left hand action on the second tune.....Isaac Guillory.

If you liked that, try "Thru Us All." This was recorded at a concert for the Lockerby Tragedy...although this version is cleaner...
