I used to race superbikes as an amateur and have been watching World GP, World Superbikes and US Superbike racing for years. nothing is as nuts as the Isle of Man TT !

find a full "on-board" of the TT and you'll get a rush!

here you go:

but I like this on board with the GyroCam the best from the Nürburgring in Germany.

Those were awesome superbike videos Brian, especially the GyroCam one. Those bikes absolutely fly! I did 100+ one time on a old Suzuki GS1100 - scared the hell outta me. Those guys gotta have cajones of steel and be really good riders to do 200+. Coupla of the high-speed crashes I saw on other videos weren't pretty.

I wish to have a little chat with that commentator about some salient details about that particular bit of work. Like the part where he says, "If a storm is blowing in, there's no quick way down." Like Hell! Somebody needs to 'splain that bowdarkskull that there is a very, very quick way down offen that tower!

I'm surely glad there are folks wanna do that kinda work. Some of us have trouble even watchin' the movie.

I had some trouble watching it. I used to work on 100' power poles 150' water towers and it sure bothered me.

He could probably climb it a lot faster without the 30 lb. tool bag holding his

ENORMOUS BALLS!

I watched it at 6:30 and almost had a heart attack when they said;only another 60 ft. to the top.

Not to take anything away from that operation, Hammy, but in my years as a Coast Guard helicopter rescue crewman I flew with a lot of pilots who would have called that a pretty mundane operation. And I've flown missions with'em where they proved it.

Lemme tell you about the time..............
