I never knew what these were until this site. I must admit that I was a little skeptical using something that was describe on this site by a few as "flimsy styrofoam".
I noticed three things right away when dealing with this company.
1) Customer sevice is TOP NOTCH. That means alot to me. I tried to place an order from the website but it was down for some reason. I called the company, left a message and recieved a call back from the internet sales dept. within an hour. I can't remember the woman's name but she was terrific.
2) Got my niches today as promised. WOW what a concept, a company taking care of it's customers as promised. Again A++
3) These niches are anything but flimsy. Yes they are made of styrofoam but they are SOLID. I am looking forward to installing them.
If there is anyone affiliated with PROFORM on this site and you see this post please relay this message to the people in the internet department as well as the person answering the phone. I am all about customer service and quality products and look forward to recommending these products to others.
