davem - I was charged for the Kerdi Shower ebook but it still shows in my cart and I haven’t received a download link.

I was also charged for the Kerdi Shower book, (twice) and received only errors and no ebook. If the website is having issues for months, you should really stop allowing partial checkout and just have a page saying sorry, we are broken.

Hey all. Thanks for letting me join again. I did some tile installing back in 2003 - 2005 in between some engineering jobs. I bought the Kerdi Shower book when I did my own bathroom remodel some years ago. I lost it when my computer crashed and was hoping to get another download. TYW store is down. I've got a friend wanting a Kerdi shower and I would love to get this as reference. Can you help me out? Thanks.
