I NEED SOME WORK PLEASE seattle area, look at my pics inside

Hey everyone I am a tile guy with 6 years experiance I have tons and tons of references and very happy customers under my belt but have reached a dry spell on work. Any work somebody can send my way would be greatly appreciated. I am licensed, bonded, and insured and have hundreds of digital pictures of my work. I do it all tile, marble, granite, travertine, limestone, slate, mudpans, etc...... I work within a 50 mile radius of seattle so I am very flexible. I have many friends that are also subs that help me if i get a big job.

Serg,
I've tried to send you referrals through the forum's PM feature in the past, but you never replied. I'll be happy to tip things in your direction if the opportunity presents itself but you'll need to give me some better contact information, please.

I am fairly new to this forum so I never figured out the whole pm thing till just a few days ago. You can email me at eurowaytile@mail.com. I really appreciate it this is the first time in almost two years I have been dry on work and it really sucks because I just learned my wife is pregnant and Christmas is around the corner so I gotta get to work

Im in the same boat Serg. Good luck buddy. I just put an ad in a local
magazine offering tile repair, recaulk regrout etc. My skills are such I
can do some fancy work, but for now any work will do. This whole year
for me has been 1-2 weeks off between jobs. Everyone i know is slow
and not hiring. My wife suggested I apply at Home Depot.

BTW Serg, are you aware you started the most popular thread in
the pro's hangout? Pic of your craziest custom design has the most
replies out of any thread here. Good job!

I am busy now but at the beginning of this year I had a slow stretch that lasted a few weeks. I put an add in Craig's list and got calls that same day, it's worth a try and its free, you will find that you will not be alone as far as tile guys go advertising there.

I used to be slow from Christmas until mid-February every year. Now that I'm a proclaimed "Kerdi shower expert," I stay as booked as I want to be. I have jobs into February now. 'Course, I took a week off for Thanksgiving, and I'll take two or three weeks for the upcoming holidays.

ya thats crazy I would have never thought that it would get that big. Funny as it is I do some occational work for home depot and the only problem is getting paid on time. They always pay and pay fair it just takes forever.

Serg
It is SLOW this fall. The past few years have been real real good. This year it seems that as soon as we entered the holiday season the phone has quite ringing. I checked with a store where we get lots of leads and they said it was dead. We have about 8 small jobs and on the books now.
When I first started doing this it was always slow in January. Again the past few years have been great but I'm thinking this year it will start slow.
