high gloss sealer over sealer

I have just cleaned and sealed my slate floors with Stonetech Heavy Duty Sealer....unfortunately, the wife now says she wanted the "wet look".....besides the fact that my brain screams "I told you so!".....can i simply go back over with a high gloss sealer or enhancer to get that wet look or do i now need to strip off what i did and start over?

thanks, in advance....

It will work. don't try and get it all with one coat. Better putting on several thin coats and letting them dry prior to application of another.
Good Luck

You may have some trouble putting down an enhancer. If you get a good floor finish though you can make that floor really stand out.

Putting a topical (wet look) sealer on a floor is not really a great idea. The sealer will wear off in traffic ares, leaving the floor looking "walked on" and it is difficult to maintain or fix up. An impregnating enhancer would be much better.

Relax - it's a rock! What could go wrong?!
