The ACLU has filed suit on their behalf to find out how the "no fly" lists were created, how they are being maintained or corrected and, most importantly, how people who are mistakenly included on the list can have their names taken off.

Dem Rep. Stephen Lynch: 72 DHS Employees on Terror Watch List

Seventy-two Department of Homeland Security workers are on the U.S. government's terror watch list, according to a Democratic congressman.

In an interview last week with on National Public Radio station WGBH in Boston, Rep. Stephen Lynch said the number of DHS employees on the watch list was uncovered as part of a broader investigation of the Transportation Security Agency.

The probe also uncovered a massive failure of the TSA's screening process and resulted in the resignation of TSA Director Melvin Carraway in June.

"Back in August, we did an investigation — the inspector General did — of the Department of Homeland Security, and they had 72 individuals that were on the terrorist watch list that were actually working at the Department of Homeland Security," Lynch told Boston Public Radio hosts Jim Braude and Margery Eagan.

OK. Time to just cut through the crap, through the "Guns, "love them or not-type" thread here. Point is, while WE may not be at war with ISIS, Isis is at war with us. They hate us, they want to kill us and anyone who does not bow down to to their Prophet." As seen in recent events, they are HERE through "immigration" of the "women & children" (interestingly enough, almost all have beards and are 17 to 27 year olds. Daily, we have these muslim malcontents murdering Americans, building IUD's and more.

Do you think Obama is going to stop it? Give me a break. By his inaction, by his refusal to even NAME the threat, he allows it. Daily, we see Police Chiefs in many cities encouraging people to speak up when they see something out-of-place. We see them encouraging citizens to arm themselves, to get CCW's and take training. In an "Active Shooter" situation, police help is typically 10 or more minutes away...enough time to murder dozens of citizens, where possibly ONE armed citizen might very well have stopped the carnage. ONE!

But oh no, citizens with armament is a threat, says Barry and the usual suspects....so I guess the advice is to either beg for our lives or die on our knees.

Well, not me. If I go out, I'm taking some of them with me...and I'm not going easy. I hasten to add that I never go armed to ANY jobsite. Concerts, malls, public events....that's a different story.

The bottom line is this: the weapons are out there, both legal and illegal. Passing anti-gun laws just takes the guns away from law abiding citizens. Or makes them into criminals. NYC is about the most anti-gun place I've ever seen, and yet I know several people that sell illegal guns for a price. To get a legal permit to have a handgun costs thousands of dollars and takes years to get. Just having a bullet in your possession without a permit is a crime. So outlawing guns still doesn't stop gun violence. The bad guys still have guns. Taking away guns from the citizens won't stop that. I would love to say I have the answer but I don't believe there is an answer. If you stopped producing weapons and ammunition tomorrow, eventually they would run out of parts in 100+ years but by then, mankind will have come up with a new way to reduce the herd. Light sabers, phasers, etc. Either that or we will regress back to spears and knives. When some lunatic finally snaps, he/she doesn't need a gun, look how many times they've just run over people with their cars. You get a nice 4X4 truck into a crowd of people, you will make those San Bernardino shooters look like amateurs.

Also one of the shooters was an American citizen so it is possible to be a Muslim and an American. They are not mutually exclusive.

I'm sure many American woman are outraged at the fact that Muslim Americans and or ISIS are building IUD's. Now, if they have come up with a IUD that's a IED we really got problems. Gives a whole new meaning to the term "Fire Crotch".
