foam tape

anyone know of an expansion and contraction tape used when doing a self level pour? never had to do it in past is this something knew?

In some small baths I have used insulation board. The silver faced foam stuff.

Just cut in 3 inch strips and lay it on edge around the walls against the sheetrock. After the slc pour is dry cut the board flush with floor.

Use sill seal, the stuff in the pic I ripped in half. works good, when the floor is dry just peel it off.

thax guys used sill seal works great. Think i'll use it from now on.
