Identify this tile

This tile was originally installed in an Applebee's back in 2010. I checked with Daltile and it's not theirs, they said maybe Florida tile. I don't have a distributor around to ask them so I thought I would throw it out here

You can see the base tile wraps the floor

Probably an off brand of a manufacturer you’ll never find. Usually restaurants have national accounts through large tile manufacturers. When I tiled Wendy’s it was Crossville. You should ask the manager of that store if he knows if there’s a blueprint in his office or in the ceiling tile. It’ll probably show the finish color schedule

I worked for Florida Tile in 2010 and knew the product lines well at the time, I don't remember any of our lines that looked exactly like what is in your picture. There are some companies that specialize in 'attic stock' of old tiles, you may want to check with some of them. If you call Florida Tile's customer service line, they should be able to give you a contact.

You didn't mention the size. If it's metric, it probably is an import you'll never find. Of course, keep in mind most floor tiles are nominal sizes, i.e. 12x12 are often 11 3/4, 8x8 can be 7 3/4 or 7 7/8. Best bet is to send photo to local suppliers of national mfrs such as Dal, Florida, Crossville, AO. If you identify, you could ask them for names of some of their older contractors who might have some spares in their shops.
