So hereís whatís going on. I think the problem areas where it is compression when I push on it may be because of the foam pan?

Iíve got a few pictures of the problem area-it looks like a baseball field in shape.

Youíll see the slope is good, but the highs and lows are the issue. Should I thinset over the entire area and use a level to squeeze out thinset so itís level? Stressing out over this so any help is greatly appreciated.

Cliff, if you're feeling movement when you put pressure on parts of that foam tray, you have bigger problems than just lack of proper slope in places.

I can press into the foam curb/pan with my fingers, itís not like fiberglass or anything. Maybe Iím trying too hard or not conveying it properly. I have to press pretty hard in one spot to get any give at all, just thought it was strange.

Iím thinking of applying another layer of thinset to the baseball like diamond, thoughts?
