You know LG, I was thinking of taking the kids to Frontier City, but I'm afraid I won't have the patience to deal with all the crowds. We typically go to the lakes and jetski, but that's a nightmare too.

I just don't understand how some of these people take 20 mins to unload their boats, and at the same time block the rest of the ramp because they jack knifed while backing down. Anyways.

Hope you have a good holiday!

We're going for a wedding. This couple has been living together for five years, and quite happily at that. Now that he finally committed and wedding plans have been underway for months now, the groom is scared shiteless!

He's finding all kinds of things that annoy him about his soon to be bride. I guess that's normal for you men?

Be safe everyone. No drinking and driving!

Things will be laid back around here. I'm writing a book, so spending several hours at the keyboard every day. My brother-in-law usually has a family get-together at his place (Patti's family). That will probably be Saturday. Anyway, nothing exciting.

The 82 yr old MIL will be visiting for the weekend. I really enjoy her company. She is a really fun person. By the time she leaves the kitchen will be spotless. Its one of her OCD habits which I really like. The stove will look showroom new, even though we insist she take it easy, sleep in and take her out to eat and go shopping for crap she doesn't need.

Massive 8 ball tournament Saturday night. 9 ball on Sunday.

We're having our daughter, SIL and two kids over Saturday night for BBQ ribs. Should be a fun time. Other than that we are taking it easy.

I'm leaving for Zion National Park in the morning for 6 days. It's a Memorial Day tradition for us. It will be my first span of more than 2 days off since last Memorial Day. 6 days of hiking, catching lizards and toads with the boys, and not an ounce of thinset will be mixed. My wife won't even let me take the computer and insists that I bring NO Carhart pants or Tarkus Tile T-shirts.

Helping my buddy's brother with a wood floor. I'll write something patriotic on the subfloor.

I have three daughters and one son - all adults - well most of the time. They will all be over to the house and we'll cook out what ever they bring. Our oldest daughter is expecting in August - our first grand young'un - and we'll be going over names and such.
