I have wanted to show this house for awhile, not the best time for pics as everything is covered or it is so dark in the basement that not much can be seen with the flash on my phone.
This house is in Carmel, CA. The level of finish is way up there, and not what is seen too often. We start with the front. What's a house in Carmel without some Carmel limestone on the exterior?

All the floors are tiled with tumbled limestone pavers. Everything is paper protected right now, but let's lift a corner and sneak a peak. The main floor is done in 24 by 30-48 random stagger. To get a perspective, the tile base is 6" tall:


The house has an elevator for its 3 levels.
Some interior details:

Massive antique limestone mantel from France.

Massive hand-hewn Oak beams/timbers are recycled from a Indiana church built in the 1830's.
All the staircases both interior and exterior are tumbled limestone:
