Well... after Rays shots, I'm jealous.

Here's some of the project that won't end.

As you can see there's a window in this shower conversion. I took out the old pine wood sash, milled some solid vinyl stock to make a window jamb, then made the window out of Honduran Red Mahogany stained to match the HO's vanity cab, the glass is double glazed insulated with pebble obscure glass. 3 coats of marine polyurethane. Tile trims are Schluter Rondec in Satin Nickel

Getting the Kohler shower locker Pilaster installed. Kudos the Brian at ceramictec for the help on selling this product to the HO's. They love it, and it's a hell of a lot easier than a large niche.

Another reason why I love FinPan pans... the EBBE drain, also in Satin Nickel.

I'll never do another full mosaic shower. Shows how young and dumb I am in this business, but this has been a true PITA. And the HO's are rude.

Great looking work Ray.
Here's some progress pics of my current project. To date it's my biggest solo project in my 14 years in business...14,000 sf house with 8 bathrooms, all custom stone work. Just prep so far, lots of mud, moving on to waterproofing, floor prep and tile this week. I expect to spend 4 months or so here...oh and I finally got a helper. It's been great. Poor kid.

Christian the mosaic shower looks good. Don't rule out doing another mosaic shower. Just charge more and avoid working for mean people.

Ray/ X-ray. Where are you located? And don't worry we are nice here, we are only hard on people that act like they have something to prove.

Mark, awesome mud work. Liking that radius mud wall and bench.
