Cleaning/seal products
Hi John,
Sorry if I post in the wrong forum, but I don't know how to contact you guys. I've ordered 3 cleaning/seal products from the TYW store since last Wednesday. I checked the website and it said the products have been shipped on May 20th. I need these products to make my long weekend more useful, but still waiting... Normally, how long it take for since the day you ship?

Shipping is usually five days or less. You should have it by the weekend.

Have not received yet. It's 8 days since the products were shipped. What is the shipment method? Is there a tracking number for this shipment?

Please see the announcement I've made at the top of the Advice Forum or at the top of the Pro Hangout. If you have not received your product by the end of next week we will refund your money. I'm sorry I can't do better than that. I'm really very sorry.
