Cleaning dried mortar and grout haze from floor tiles.

How do I clean dried mortar and leftover grout haze from floor tiles?

The installers didn't do a good enough job cleaning it when the left, and I haven't had time to clean it myself yet.

Scrap off what you can with a razor and then use an acidic tile grout cleaner to remove the rest. Depending on how much mortar/grout haze you have your success will vary,.
