Grouting art tile (Ann Sacks, et. al.)

Evening all. I am getting design ideas together for a powder room re-do. I like some of the tile patterns on the Ann Sacks website. Question about grouting some of the high-relief patterns, such as "Heath". How is this grouted? Unsanded grout, I would think. Do the relief patterns need to be masked with tape? What is the right tool to float the grout in? Seems like a standard rectangular margin float would be too big. The Heat example is shown below.

Hello Will,
For that, I would use a smaller soft-rubber float. The soft rubber contours to the tile and you can usually get a pretty good cleaning with just the float. Let it set up and then a light diagonally criss-crossing wipe with a barely-damp sponge. Let is set up to a "dusty" finish and polish it with cheesecloth, in a gentle circular motion.
