kerdi shower along a sloped wall

I want to install a 32x60" kerdi shower system along this wall. As you can see, a lot of the area is sloped. What kind of problems can I expext besides the joist that's in the way where the drain needs to go. I only have two possible places to put this shower and this seems like the best place. http://babysbathroom.blogspot.com/

I posted in the wrong area and now this post is buried. Anyway, I have a picture of a sloped wall. I was looking for advice for the best shower configuration for this wall. At first I had my sights set pretty low on a 32'x32' shower along a short piece of wall. I think this wall will allow me a bigger shower. It would be nice to have room for a tiled in bench to sit on. I know this wall is funny but it's about all I got to work with because of the window, closet and entry opening.

As to cutting that top plate at the bend:

It is fine to cut it as long as you reinforce the connection with a steel nailing plate across the cutout section. A 3" x 18" nailing plate, or something similar, can be found in the metal connectors section of your local Big Box. All you are looking to do is keep each side bound to the other for side to side forces.

Pre- drill the holes so you don't split that old wood. Old wood is strong, but brittle to new nailing.
