Hi Ryan,
There are two main ways to go, cheapo and pro. I went cheap for my bathroom, bought a Plasplugs wet saw for about $25 off ebay. It works okay. Other DIY's here have bought ebay or home depot saws. If I were starting now, I'd probably buy the Felker TM-75 saw, which goes for about $300. Read John's review here. When you're done with it, you could probably get most of your money back selling it, unless of course you get hooked on tiling and want to keep it!
Several others have asked this question lately. I ran a search on tile saw and these two popped out:

I have used the Plasplugs for a LOT of tile work. It's messy and takes getting used to but I get outstanding results. Had I known I was going to be doing so much tile work I would have sprung for something like the TM-75.
