Get John Whipple . Problem is that he would tell you the entire building was built wrong .

look up Ales Ponec in the phone book. He lives out near Squamish. One of the old Czech guys I learned from and there are few better. He's usually booked pretty far out though.

It's a bit far for me, otherwise I'd be tempted.

"Does the job come with ski passes for Whistler/Blackcomb?"
Have you seen how much those cost? Could trade 1 day pass for 1 day's work
Thanks for all the suggestions and those that have sent messages!

Whistler is fun place. I'm surprised someone isn't interested in traveling up there. It's a pretty good time to be up there.

well, it's a one and a half day job, three hour drive each way, and you need winter tires to get up there, that could explain the lack of enthusiasm. And to stay over night costs about as much as the job is worth

Didn't mean to be all negative about it. If Jonathan offered me 2K I'd go do it during my Christmas break.

a couple a passes to ski or accommodations should be automatic for that job. Just sayin...
Don't forget Peter down in Vancouver. He hasn't been around in a while, but might be worth a try.
