Who made this?
Does anyone recognize who made this in-wall ceramic soapdish? There's no logo or information on the back side, but the "waffle" pattern seems to be distinctive. The home was built in 1965.
Thanks for any help?

Not bad, but...
Clifton,
Thanks for posting. That's not bad, but I will have to replace the matching toothbrush/cup holder to match, and the page you cited didn't see to have one.

You can try The Tile Shop. They’ve got some soap dishes.

Thanks
Thanks for responding, Tool Guy. This light blue (we call it Carolina Blue here in NC, team color of the UNC Tarheels) might be a hard one to find. I have a New Old Stock set coming from eBay that's called Robin's Egg Blue, hope it's close.

why not rip out the toothbrush holder and just buy a matching set. those things are like 10-20 bucks.

Good question
Good question, Mike. - Less effort if I could get lucky
- Hoping to match the color.

Thanks, Dave
Thanks, Dave!
A local tile guy also recognized it as Apple Creek. They obviously don't make that line any more--in fact everything they make has a flat back, not waffle-style. But maybe I can find one someplace.

AC Products here in Ohio made that back in the day. Their design is different now. The coloring will be different as well.
Good luck with your adventure!

When?
Thanks, Mike, for responding.
As Inspector Columbo used to say, "There's just one little thing I don't understand." Apple Creek Products was established in 1968 and incorporated in Ohio. This house was built in 1965. Still wondering about the timing...
I'm resigned to replacing both pieces, I guess. Color matching will be tricky. It helps that the pieces are in a sheetrock wall, not very close to the matching tile.
