I hear ya, I order a lot of my stuff from contractors direct and I think my ups and FedEx guys are getting tired of my orders of hydroban board and grout...

Edit: Also, thanks RMckee84 for the heads-up on Contractors Direct! I try to support my small/local brick & mortar stores but sometimes you can't justify paying the local prices on stuff that's widely available way cheaper online, incl s&h.

I like the big niches I think they are a whole lot less work I tried to upload one I did but the file must be to big. Speaking of ordering online I got both my sigma cutter the kera lift and cut strait from Europe got it 1P UPS with tariffs and custom's fees and still spent near $2k less than I would have if I bought it here in the states

Dekton slabs install
Hello all, just wanted to share a few pics of my latest Dekton slab install
This was a clad job. Header slabs are sitting on 2 -1/4" thick galvanized steel angles
All other pieces are attached with copper wire and 5" stainless steel tapcons drilled into the walls.
Footer slabs are 60"x56", mitered slabs are 120"x56"

I only install, I had a granite shop cut all the slabs for me and I did the install
I like working with the products, I dislike how almost every fabricator really dislikes to cut pieces for me cause Dekton is so hard to cut

Just gotta grout it in then put holes in it to cover it up with a floating 7” by 5” by 71” wood mantle and a 70” flatscreen.

Laying out for the niches. I miss square tiles
Put my dump trailer to work this weekend. I wish I would have bought one of these years ago
