Just a suggestion for those of you flying....

We have the three airports to choose from and sometimes it is cheaper to fly into one and out of another.

Sorry Jeff but you will have to wait though you can't, patience young grasshopper. Gonna send your hat off finally, sorry for the wait. I bet you can't wait to get the goodies, but you have to......

Interesting Marge, on the musical Airports, gotta check into it if I fly I would like to drive actually but flying is easier.

Hope, tell us more about this Goldman Sachs small business program you speak of and more about what you do. Young are one busy young woman

I can't wait to see all of you! I must say that of all the business trips I take, these are my favorite. I'm sorry you won't make it Carole . Can't wait until we get to meet again. I'm sorry I haven't been keeping in contact more. Just been busy with work.

Jon: the Goldman Sachs small business program is a class that is sponsored by the Goldman Sachs Foundation.
"Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is a $500 million program that aims to unlock the growth and job-creation potential of 10,000 small businesses across the United States through greater access to business education, financial capital and business support services. The program is based on the broadly held view of leading experts that greater access to this combination of education, capital and support services best addresses barriers to growth for small businesses."

http://www.goldmansachs.com/citizens...ationwide.html
Basically, it was like a mini MBA program where, instead of business theory, we focused on our specific business. The ultimate goal was that we develop a Growth Plan and the completion of that plan was our final assignment. Each class focused on a specific section of the Growth Plan and taught us how to really understand how these specific things affect our business and its growth. Overall, I think the class was well worth the time invested. I learned a lot. One of the best things about the class though is the opportunity to network with other business owners. It's like they are creating these mastermind groups all over the place. And when we graduate, we become a member of the even larger mastermind - composed of other graduates.

If any of you are in an area where you have the opportunity to get involved I would recommend that you look into it.

Ok. Back to work - and lurking.

Wow, Marge when you need something you need it right away. I am usually giving out shirts and hats so I am not used to someone asking my size for a shirt. Takes a while for me to digest the concept of getting one

Hope, sounds like a great program you really are a go getter

No more slackers.

We have had a spot open up and no longer have a wait list. This is your chance to join us in August for a great training event! If interested, please PM me.

Flight booked, survey filled out, work schedule altered.

After the sky miles, this trip is going to cost me a whole $5.
