Layout for Shower 'Jamb' - 2"x4" wall that makes up side of shower

I know the say a picture is worth 1000 words. I will attach a picture shortly

I have a 4'x4' kerdi shower. The left wall of the shower is a 2"x4" wall. That give me a 4" or so wide area to tile to the left of my shower door.

One plan was for me to rip down some bullnose and use one bluenose to cover the edge of the tile in the shower and use the other bluenose to hit the edge of the cornerbead that covers the drywall on the outside of the shower wall.

I was wondering though if this is going to leave some dumb looking line down the middle.

Another thought would be to get some kinda of Schulster end/corner peice and rip down full peices of tile to the 4" wide.

Is there some other way to do this that looks good that I am missing?

Hi Andy

If you install a glass shower enclosure it will usually cover any grout joint down the middle. When i have to
do it this way i ask the shower door guy to install it in the center for just this purpose

Actually I am not talking about that way.. I have a flat jamb there.

If you were standing looking at the shower from the outside I have a 4" wide wall on the left side. that is what I am trying to cover the end of.

Guess I need to post a picture

A picture would help Andy. Or alternatively, tell us a little more about this line you are concerned about. Like Jack perhaps, I don't think I quite understand what that is about.
