It's 50 degrees and raining here - with snow on the way.

But yesterday it was sunny and 60. I managed a 9 mile bike ride in Michigan in February.

It was 30 at my place this morning and my heater went down on Friday. I'M COLD!
Guess that means I'm officially a Floridian now.

well, big storm came through my part of the Cascades this past week and produced 5 feet of fresh snow in 5 days. We went snowboarding Thursday and Friday in some of the best conditions all winter. Man am I beat, though.

What is this stuff????? There is this white stuff blowing around in the air. I think it's that snow stuff all of you yankees talk about.

Seriously, it is snowing and blowing something fierce out there today. Nothing is sticking though, the ground is too warm. Went to bed last night and it was 68. Woke up this morning to 38 and it hasn't warmed up at all. Winds are gusting up to 39 mph. Brrr (I went in looking for a 'chilly' smilie but couldn't find one. My smilie was first on the list so I just thought I'd use it. )

Oh what I'd give for 38 - we're at 18 with a windchill of 4. We may get up to freezing by Wednesday.

23 degrees here and they're calling for snow. None has fallen yet, but the kids' school has already called it off for tomorrow! They at least could have waited until we had a dusting! Guess I'll have two strong helpers for tomorrow. Yeah, right!
