Knee Pad Recommendations???

I've been doing some tiling and have more to do. I've gone through a $15 pair of Sears/Craftsman knee pads and a pair of $15 Harbor Freight (I know) gel knee pads.

I figure good knee pads are cheaper than knee surgery.

Anybody have a recommendation on some good knee pads to help my aching knees and not chafe the back of my legs?

I'm not a pro, so I don't need the super, super heavy duty ones, but I would be willing to go super heavy duty or heavy duty.

Thanks,

The pros around here swear by Proknees, but they probably fit your "super, super heavy duty" description and price range.

Joel,
Custom Building Products came out with a line of tools under the "Platinum" moniker. Look online to see if you can find a pair of their knee pads. Should run around $50.
Yes, ProKnees are the best I've ever found but they run about $230 per pair.
Best of luck,

I like the Alta or a similar one called Roberts. the straps do cut in a little.
I also put fillet half sponges in them so its really soft on your knees..
