there's a few out there.
if you need it and want to use a product like these.
http://www.tile-eze.com/MarblePlane/MarblePlane.html
I don't use them but to me it seems like the TLS is a little better and thought out more.
I don't know how good it's made but I'm sure it's a better product also.

Rubi looks like a cheap knockoff, even shows picture of their sucky tile spacer in the background, looks kindqa like the Raimondi spacer, but isn't. Same for their leveling tool.
Tile EZE thing. $16.50 per spring loaded clip thingy?!?!!! Will metal base legs scratch stone?

plus you have to use each "thingy" and leave it there.
unlike leaving just the caps.
seems like a lot to buy.

I am just guessing he is on the phone and lighting fires.
We always figured there would be some followers as the idea is so good.
I think these guys are taking a huge risk that will cost them in the long run.

On receiving legal advice, I'm not at liberty to comment, other than to say that we will be aggressively pursuing anyone who manufactures, distributes, sells, advertise or promote any like product(s), that infringes on any of our patents, or patent pending products for damages to the full extent of the law, regardless of said infringement is domestic or foreign.

Well for starters the screeding thinset in the Rubi pic is horrible. What a mess.
I have invented a few things myself and also am a US Patent holder. Defending yourself can be quite costly and you have to do it. An excellent patent lawyer who writes the original patent application is worth every penny. The reviewers at the USPO are not the brightest at times and can be snowballed into granting patents on similar items. Keep us posted about this fight.

Kinda like Schluter and Blanke. Orange vs. Blue; Square vs. Round
You know you have something when there are knock-offs
